SUMMARY:Pink Pear Pootle 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Pink Pear Pootle\n \nJoin us on Friday 26th June 2026 to walk 8K around Worcester’s river and surrounding areas. \nRegistration is from 5:30pm at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building\, University of Worcester (WR2 5JS)\, with the walk starting promptly at 7pm. \nWe estimate the walk will end approximately 9:30pm. \nThe cost to take part is £25 per person for adults and for 14-17s (who must be accompanied by an adult) the cost is £10 per person. \nChildrens tickets must be purchased with a full paying adult. \nEach entrant commits to raise £80 in sponsorship which is just £10 per kilometre for the route. \nThe walk is open to all (over 14 years\, no dogs sorry). Bring your friends\, family: walk alone\, as a couple\, a group\, a team\, it’s up to you… and wear what you like! \nWhether you pootle or power\, it’s just one foot in front of the other for patients in Worcestershire with breast cancer. \n  \nRegistration is from 5:30pm at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building\, University of Worcester (WR2 5JS)\, with the walk starting promptly at 7pm. We estimate the walk will end approximately 9:30pm. All walkers need to report to the finish at the end. \n  \nHealth and Safety: All walkers need to be fit enough to walk 8km; please check with your GP if you are unsure. \nWe recommend you bring a small torch and wear comfortable shoes/trainers. \n  \nBook Online to register via Givestar or scan the QR code \nBOOK HERE\n \n  \n
