The sky’s the limit
In a bid to fundraise for Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven despite COVID restrictions, Annabel Amphlett and her husband the High Sheriff of Worcestershire have decided to undertake some very socially distanced fundraising for us!
In September 2021, Annabel and approximately 18 friends, family and colleagues will all bravely undertake a tandem skydive to raise money for our charity. Amongst that group will be Caroline Leah (who does our PR & marketing and is interim fundraising manager whilst Lexi is on maternity leave) and her husband Chris.
“This is a means by which we can seek to raise substantial funds for the charity whilst adapting to fundraising in a pandemic,” says Annabel. “A skydive is possibly a little too extreme for some people but those who have signed up are buzzing with anticipation, both for the challenge and the prospect of raising money for Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven.”
