This powerful story from an inspirational couple is resulting in some amazing fundraising for our charity.
For local couple Jules and Jen, 2023 was a devastating year, as they discovered that Jules has Kennedys Disease (an inherited motor neuron disease that affects males and causes progressive weakening and wasting of the muscles particularly in the arms and legs), which was then followed by Jen being diagnosed with breast cancer.
The couple are eager to say that despite this, during that tough year they met and have been helped by some phenomenal people, so together decided that in 2024 they want to give something back.
Jules is taking on an incredible challenge and together they will raise sponsorship to support KD UK, St Richard’s Hospice and our charity the Worcestershire Breast Care Haven. How is Jules doing this? By jumping out of a plane!!!
